Elvis Maldonado
Elvis Maldonado serves as President of Stonehill Commercial Painting, Inc. He is a long time resident of Arlington, TX and earned his BBA in Accounting at the University of Texas at Arlington. His experience includes estimating, field management, project management, accounting, risk management and business development.
Elvis thrives in providing a well-balanced and high level of service to any of his customers. In addition, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young children, attending his local church, and participating in physical fitness activities such as weight lifting and basketball.
Julio Maldonado
Julio Maldonado is a co-founder and Vice President of Field Supervision of Stonehill Commercial Painting, Inc. He brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial painting industry.
In his spare time he enjoys traveling to his home country of El Salvador where he helps with economic development in his local community and also enjoys relaxing nearby the local beaches. With the level of expertise he brings he enjoys mentoring the younger, up and coming generations, the proper commercial painting techniques.
J. Richard Trotter
Senior Estimator with 40 years of construction experience. Richard grew up in a family involved in the commercial painting industry. With this background, he decided to pursue an education in construction engineering technology and attended Texas Tech University where he gained experience and knowledge in the other sectors of the industry.
With this education, he has exceled as an estimator and project manager for commercial general contractors, suppliers and various subcontractors. This extensive background makes Richard an asset to our company and we look forward to his future with us. Richard enjoys time with his wife, bird hunting, breeding Labrador Retrievers and his three grandchildren.
Sunny Fung
Sunny has over 20 years of experience in construction estimating and has joined our team as an Estimator. His career began in 1994 in Asia. After obtaining his MBA degree from Texas Christian University, he started to develop his career coverage in both Asia and Texas.
Raymundo Melchor Huerta
Raymundo Melchor Huerta, OSHA Construction Safety Trainer and On-site Supervisor with 15 years of painting experience. Actively involved in weekly job site meetings and monthly company meetings. Leads and Facilitates safety topic meetings to identify safety improvement operations. Has Experience with work order bids and recognized for job-site quality and consistency.
Nick Craven
Nicholas G. Craven was born and raised in Arlington, TX. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies. Mr. Craven is a seasoned entrepreneur with 20 years of extensive experience in organization and business development. His experience also entails Reporting, Planning, Customer Relations, and Business Operations expertise. Mr. Craven is a results-driven achiever with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Melissa Carpenter
Melissa Carpenter is the Office Administrator for Stonehill Commercial Painting, Inc. She started her career working as an administrative assistant when she was 20 years old. Since that time, Melissa has gained knowledge in the construction field and office administration.
Sanjuana Martinez
Sanjuana Martinez is our Payroll Administrator and processes all accounts payable. With her background in bookkeeping for approximately 5 years, she is a perfect fit for our company.
