Elvis Maldonado
Elvis Maldonado serves as President of Stonehill Industries, Inc. He is a long time resident of Arlington, TX and earned his BBA in Accounting at the University of Texas at Arlington. His experience includes estimating, field management, project management, accounting, risk management and business development.
Elvis is a member of Omega Delta Phi Fraternity. He enjoys spending his time between his children’s activities which include club soccer, piano, and choir. He attends his local church and enjoys physical fitness activities such as weight lifting, golf and basketball.
Julio Maldonado
Vice President, Stonehill Painting LLC.
Julio Maldonado is a co-founder and Vice President of Field Supervision of Stonehill Painting, LLC, a subsidiary of Stonehill Industries. He brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial painting industry.
In his spare time he enjoys traveling to his home country of El Salvador where he helps with economic development in his local community and also enjoys relaxing nearby the local beaches.
Jaime Valdes
Jaime Valdes is Vice President of Stonehill Drywall LLC, a subsidiary of Stonehill Industries. With over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, he leads operations with a focus on quality, safety, production and client satisfaction. He believes that strong teamwork, trust, and consistency are the foundation for delivering quality and efficiency on every project. Jaime also places great value on spending quality time with his family, ensuring that he maintains a healthy work-life balance while continuing to drive the growth and success of the company.
Melissa Carpenter
Melissa Carpenter is the Project Manager for Stonehill Industries, Inc. She started her career working as an administrative assistant when she was 20 years old. Since that time, Melissa has gained knowledge in the construction field and has climbed the ladder to her current roll as Project Manager. In her spare time, Melissa operates a non-profit animal rescue she co-founded named Ft. Worth Abandoned Animal Alliance in which she is dedicated in helping abandoned, abused, and neglected animals in North Texas
Ronnie Wootonn
Ronnie Wootonn is our Senior Paint Estimator. He has held this similar title and performed this same type of work in the painting industry for over 25 years. Commercial and Industrial painting are the areas of the industry in which Ronnie excels. Ronnie relocated to Dallas over 25 years ago and loves the people here. Born in Lubbock, he was in the residential housing market. Learning most trades in that industry. Ronnie’s hobbies have changed over the years. His favorites of all have been leathercrafting, wood turning fishing, hiking, and, of course, spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Lizbeth Hohn
Lizbeth Hohn is our Payroll Administrator and processes all accounts payable. With her background in bookkeeping, she is a perfect fit for our company. Liz is dedicated to living life with passion and purpose, both personally and professionally. She values time spent with her family, enjoys traveling the world, and maintains balance through regular Pilates practice. She is excited to pursue her private pilot license in 2026.
